Return & Refund Policy

At Cronla, we value our customers and aim to provide high-quality medical and post-treatment care products. Because of the sensitive nature of these products, returns and refunds are only possible under specific conditions.

General Conditions

  • No returns or refunds will be accepted without prior authorization from our support team.
  • A valid Return Authorization Number (RAN) must be obtained before sending any product back.
  • Only products purchased directly from Cronla.com are eligible for return or refund.

Eligible Returns

We can only accept returns if:

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The request is made within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  • The product was delivered damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used medical products cannot be returned or refunded unless proven defective upon arrival.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery via email at support@cronla.com or through our Contact Page.
  2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and evidence (e.g., photos if damaged or incorrect).
  3. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions.
  4. Clearly write the RAN on the return shipping label before sending the item.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after inspection and approval of the returned item.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.
  • Shipping fees (standard or express) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
